Events like the WCMAC would not be possible without many hardworking officials. Your time and expertise is invaluable to us and we greatly appreciate your contributions. At our event all judges and referees will be paid for their time. Preference in choosing officials will be based on:

 

• Pre-registration

• Attendance at the officials meeting

• A professional appearance in martial arts uniform, shirt and tie.  BCSMAC Referees are encouraged to where their officials golf shirts with black pants.

• A thorough understanding of the rules

• Previous experience

 

SMA and WKC Judges and Centre Referees will be paid $2.00 per entry. Center referees will be chosen from the judge’s pool before the event and notified. 

 

Gi and No-Gi Grappling judges will be paid $5.00 per entry.
